1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using athletical.ly, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

athletical.ly is a platform for managing recreational sports leagues, including scorekeeping, statistics, team management, player rosters, registration, and communication tools. The platform includes a web application and a mobile application.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not share your account or let others access it. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent data
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the platform

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (game data, statistics, messages, player information). By submitting content, you grant athletical.ly a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the platform.

Organization administrators are responsible for the accuracy of league data, rosters, and statistics entered by their members.

6. Payments & Refunds

Registration fees and other payments are processed through Stripe. All payments are final unless otherwise stated by the organization collecting the fee. athletical.ly is not responsible for refund disputes between players and organizations — those are handled directly by the organization.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

8. Intellectual Property

The athletical.ly name, logo, and platform design are the property of Athletically LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

athletical.ly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Athletically LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
